Bethany Gonyea
7:00 PM at the Clifton Park Adult Community Center
Many people know exactly what they need to do to live more fulfilling lives, but simply do not follow through on that knowledge. For instance, many people who struggle to lose weight can recite vitamin, calorie, and fat gram information about many foods, but still struggle with their food choices. We all have an accountability system within ourselves that helps us gauge whether we are online with our values or not. Often, however, we lose sight of this value system, similar to the way that we minimize windows on our computer. Our values are present, but not in the forefront of our mind and so we often don’t allow them to influence our choices.
Our values reflect what we feel about things….what we feel is important. In this talk, we will talk about how to focus your mind to choose to wholeness, success, and prosperity right now by exploring the work of Danielle LaPorte’s “core desired feelings”. If we stay in command of our mind, and carefully choose the palette of feelings we wish to dominate our life, we no longer have to wait to feel like our lives have meaning, purpose and dignity. We choose to engage with life very differently, which causes our feelings and behaviors to easily and delightfully shift.
If you have ever felt frustrated about not achieving the goals you desire, attend this event, and start to experience the spiritually conscious life as the empowered life.
